We can not recommend Century 21 Killara highly enough. For over 3 years they handled the leasing of our property throughout two tenancies. Jenny and her team really worked hard in our interests by achieving a great rent in a tight market and for our tenants who had queries and issues dealt with fast and efficiently. Happy long term renters is what we wanted and Jenny achieved just that! We then decided to sell the apartment and this is really where Century 21 Killara excelled. The Sydney market is currently in decline and Jenny was open and honest about this. They worked tirelessly, provided detailed updates, modified the selling strategy throughout the campaign and staggered the advertising so as to maximise its value for the minimum cost. The staging company Jenny employed did an outstanding job too. At 8pm the night before the Auction they were there personally cleaning and vacuuming the apartment to really show the apartment at its best. Even the neighbours commented how pleasant the Agents were to deal with. Come Auction day the outcome way way exceeded our expectations - happy vendors, buyers and neighbours. We are based interstate and wanted to sell our property in Sydney.
